Burrata with spiced quince, mint, chilli, burrered panko and balsamic reduction 


Charred aubergine, babbaganoush, date, orange, mint 


Tumeric, ginger and coconut milk braised cod with cous cous and coriander, mint relish 


Moroccan bread and butter pudding with chocolate ganache and homemade honeycomb

Fresh Mint Tea, Fennel Almond Macaroons with lemon curd
