Parsnip soupette with parsnip, goats cheese and pear fritter

Burrata with spiced quince, mint, balsamic reduction, buttered panko & kaffir lime

Charred aubergine, babbaganoush, date, orange, mint,

Chinese braised pulled beef on wet polenta

Moroccan bread and butter pudding with ganache and homemade honeycomb

Boozy chocolate truffles. Fresh mint tea
