Cauliflower & hazelnut soupette with cumin, feta and hazelnut cigar


Burrata with tangy pink grapefruit and star anise chutney, toasted almonds, mint, chilli, balsamic reduction & olive oil


Charred aubergine, babbaganoush, date, orange, mint


Thrice cooked braised duck in a Chinese master stock on wet polenta, served with peppered, roasted pear


Moroccan bread and butter pudding with ganache and homemade honeycomb
